Thermo-resistant H-minus MMLV – optimum activity at 50 °C

AviSRT MMLV reverse transcriptase, a genetically modified RNA-dependent DNA polymerase that requires a DNA primer and an RNA template to synthesize a complementary DNA strand.

AviSRT™ has no RNase H activity, ensuring that RNA degradation does not occur during first-strand cDNA synthesis. This results in higher yields of full-length cDNA from long templates compared to other reverse transcriptases.

AviSRT™ maintains activity over a wide temperature range (47-55°C), making it an ideal tool for reverse transcription of RNAs with a high degree of secondary structure.
