AviKlen™ (KlenTaq DNA Polymerase) is a high-performance DNA polymerase derived from Thermus aquaticus (Taq) DNA polymerase. It lacks the N-terminal portion of the Taq gene, resulting in an enzyme with exceptional activity and enhanced thermal stability. AviKlen™ retains significant activity even after exposure to 99°C.
Advantages:
Cell lysis, RNase inactivation, and DNA removal are accomplished using a phenol-based solution. Following the separation of the RNA-containing fraction and the addition of an RNA enhancer, the lysate is applied to a spin column. This step effectively washes away cellular debris and contaminants such as hemoglobin, leaving behind high-quality RNA, which is then eluted in DEPC-treated water.
Advantages:
The AviRex™ Plant RNA offers a convenient spin column-based method for isolating total RNA from various plant samples. Before initiating the process, samples should be thoroughly homogenized in the provided lysis buffer. The kit effectively removes contaminants, including polysaccharides and phenolic compounds, ensuring high-quality RNA extraction.
Purified RNA obtained using AviRex™ Plant RNA is suitable for a wide range of downstream applications, including RT-PCR, Northern blot analysis, differential display, and poly A+ RNA selection.
The AviRex™ Total RNA utilizes the reversible binding properties of a silica-based column to isolate RNA from various sample types. The sample is initially lysed under highly denaturing conditions using a phenolic buffer, effectively protecting RNA from degradation.
AviRex™ Total RNA enables the simultaneous processing of multiple tissue samples in under 30 minutes. The streamlined procedure thoroughly removes contaminants and enzyme inhibitors, ensuring fast, convenient, and reliable RNA isolation.
Applications:
AviTaq™ is a chromatography highly purified enzyme with an optimized buffer to give you a specific band. AviTaq™ is provided with an exclusive 10 X reaction buffer to improve sub-optimal PCR caused by templates, high degree of secondary structure or GC-rich regions.
